Florida Boulevard
Established streets with mature shade. Slower drying on the north slopes, so we look hard at the valleys.
Third Street corridor
A mix of homes and small commercial buildings. We work both, and we permit both the same way.
Forest Avenue area
Mid-century block homes, usually a straightforward replacement with a ventilation correction.
Penman Road corridor
The inland edge of town. Less salt, more sun, and attic heat that shortens a roof if the ventilation is wrong.
