Roof Replacement
A roof replacement is the biggest investment you will make in your home's exterior. It deserves a documented process, not a day-rate crew and a dumpster. We do it in seven steps, the same seven steps every time.
We install Owens Corning Duration architectural shingle systems. Every replacement includes a full tear-off, a deck evaluation, and proper underlayment before a single shingle goes down.

Roof Repair
A leak does not fix itself, and a temporary patch is not a repair. We find the source, not just the symptom, document what we find, and fix it the right way the first time.
Common repairs: damaged or missing shingles, failed flashing at chimneys, skylights, or vents, cracked pipe boots, and storm-related damage. Repair work is backed by our workmanship warranty.
Free Roof Assessment
Our assessments are free for every homeowner. Not as a promotion, but as the standard we hold ourselves to. We get on your roof, look at what is there, and give you a straight account of its condition.
If you need work done, we tell you exactly what and why. If you do not, we tell you that too. We do not use assessments as a sales tool.
Storm Damage Assessment
Northeast Florida weather is hard on roofs. After a major storm it is worth getting someone up there to document what happened, before you assume everything is fine or assume the worst.
We assess the roof, document what we find with photos, and give you an honest account of what the storm did. What we do not do is make promises about your insurance carrier or get involved in the claims process. That is outside our lane.

Attic Ventilation
Most homeowners do not think about ventilation until there is a problem: shingles failing early, high cooling bills, or moisture damage in the attic. Balanced intake and exhaust is part of how a roof system is designed to work.
Leo, one of our owners, has 15 years in construction, primarily insulation and building envelope systems. He looks at your actual attic configuration, works out the intake-to-exhaust balance, and installs what fits your home rather than a default product.

We install one shingle system, Owens Corning Duration, because it is what we stand behind. Standardising on one system means the crew knows every detail of what they are building.
Owens Corning Standard Product Limited Lifetime Warranty
Covers the Duration shingle materials for the lifetime of the original owner, registered at project completion. This is a product warranty from the manufacturer, not a contractor claim.
7V 10-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty
Our own warranty, covering the quality of the installation for ten years. If something fails because of how it was installed, not weather and not a manufacturer defect, we come back and fix it.
