We install Owens Corning Duration architectural shingle systems. Every replacement includes a full tear-off, deck evaluation, and proper underlayment before a single shingle goes down.

Roof Repair
A leak doesn't fix itself, and a temporary patch isn't a repair. We find the source — not just the symptom — document what we find, and fix it the right way the first time.
Common repair scenarios: damaged or missing shingles, failed flashing at chimneys, skylights or vents, cracked pipe boots, and storm-related damage. All repair work is backed by our workmanship warranty.

Roof Assessment
Our assessments are free for every homeowner — not as a promotion, but as the standard we set for ourselves. We get on your roof, assess what we find, and give you a straight account of its condition.
If you need work done, we'll tell you exactly what and why. If you don't, we'll tell you that too. We don't use assessments as a sales tool — we use them to tell the truth about what's up there.

Storm Damage Assessment
Northeast Florida weather is hard on roofs. After a major storm, it's worth getting someone up there to document what happened — before you assume everything is fine or assume the worst.
We'll assess the roof, document the damage with photos, and give you an honest account of what the storm did. What we don't do is make promises about your insurance carrier or get involved in the claims process — that's outside our lane.

Roof Ventilation
Most homeowners don't think about ventilation until they have a problem — premature shingle failure, high cooling bills, or moisture damage in the attic. Proper intake and exhaust balance is part of how a roof system is designed to work.
Our team brings 15 years in construction specializing in building performance and insulation to every ventilation assessment. We look at your actual attic configuration, calculate the intake-to-exhaust balance, and install the solution that fits your home — not a default product.
