Not every contractor operates the same way. Here are the three things every homeowner should expect — and that we guarantee on every job.
Transparency Before the Quote
You should see what's on your roof before you're given a number. Any contractor who quotes without an actual inspection is guessing — or selling. We document before we quote, every time.
A Permit on Every Job
If a contractor tells you a permit "isn't necessary" for a roof replacement, walk away. In Florida, it's required. Unpermitted work creates problems at resale and voids your warranty coverage.
A Written Warranty at the End
Verbal assurances mean nothing. You should receive two documents when a roof is complete: the manufacturer's material warranty and the contractor's workmanship warranty. We provide both.
